Payment Options

Bank Transfer

After confirming your order, you will receive an invoice including our bank details. Please transfer the total amount using the invoice number as the reference. Once payment is confirmed, we will provide your account credentials for accessing the digital content. If you ordered a printed hard copy or a digital product like a PDF file, it will be shipped or sent via email after payment confirmation.

Credit Card

If you pay by credit card, your account access will be activated immediately upon successful transaction. Printed materials, if included in your order, will be dispatched shortly after.

Shipping & Delivery

Digital products (e.g. reports, data access) are delivered via email or secure online access. Physical products such as printed reports are shipped via standard international postal service. Shipping is currently available within the EU and selected international regions.

Shipping fees may apply depending on the destination country and order volume. Detailed costs will be listed on the invoice or communicated upon request.

Delivery Times

Digital access is usually granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Printed copies are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment receipt. Delivery time may vary depending on destination.

Returns & Refunds

Please note: Due to the nature of our products (market studies and digital content), returns and refunds are generally not possible. For digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded according to § 356 (5) BGB.

Event Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation up to 3 months prior to the start of the Aftermarket Forum, we will refund 85% of the ticket price. Cancellations received later than 3 months before the event cannot be refunded. Ticket transfers to substitute participants are possible up to 3 business days before the event.
