1. Copyright and Usage Rights

All content, products, and data (digital or printed) provided by Wolk & Nikolic After Sales Intelligence GmbH are protected by copyright under § 2 UrhG and international copyright treaties. All rights reserved.

By purchasing a product, you are granted a simple, non-transferable license for internal use within your organization. Any reproduction, distribution, public disclosure, or other use beyond the agreed purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the publisher.

In particular, it is strictly forbidden to pass on our products to third parties — including affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or national associations, such as those within purchasing cooperatives or trade groups.

License exceptions require the explicit written approval of the publisher and are subject to the individually agreed license model.

2. Disclaimer

Our products are created with the utmost care and based on well-founded market analyses. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. Any liability for damages directly or indirectly resulting from the use of our products is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

3. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Since our products are digital goods that are made available immediately after purchase, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). By completing the order and payment process, you explicitly agree that the execution of the contract begins immediately and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

4. Cancellation of Event Tickets

When purchasing a ticket for an event organized by Wolk & Nikolic Aftersales Intelligence GmbH, you are entering into a binding agreement for participation in a time-specific service. According to § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB, no statutory right of withdrawal applies to ticket purchases for events with a fixed date.

However, we offer the following voluntary cancellation options:

• Up to 3 months before the event: Cancellation is possible for a processing fee of 15% of the ticket price. The remaining amount will be refunded.
• Less than 3 months before the event: No cancellation is possible.

Ticket transfers to a substitute participant are allowed up to 3 business days before the event and must be requested by email at info@wolk-aftersales.de.

Should the event be canceled for important reasons (e.g. illness of speakers, force majeure, or insufficient number of participants), we will refund the full ticket price. Further claims (e.g. reimbursement of travel or accommodation expenses) are excluded.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Cologne, Germany, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
